Mercury has announced an offer of up to $150 million (with the ability to accept up to an additional $50 million in oversubscriptions), of 7 year unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate green bonds to institutional and New Zealand retail investors. Mercury's green bonds are expected to trade on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker MCY030.
